Upravičenci do sprejema turističnih bonov

 

The sixth paragraph of Article 35 of the Act Determining the Intervention Measures to Mitigate and Remedy the Consequences of the COVID-19 Epidemic (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 80/20; hereinafter: ZIUOOPE) lays down the conditions for tourism providers that are entitled to accept tourism vouchers. A voucher may be accepted by a tourism service provider that is an economic operator that is as of 13 March 2020:

 

  1. entered in the Business Register of Slovenia and
  2. entered in the Register of accommodation facilities kept by the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services (hereinafter: AJPES) as a provider of accommodation facility and
  3. performs activities according to the Decree on the Standard Classification of Activities (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 69/07 and 17/08) under Attachment I: Standard Classification of Activities – SCA 2008 and Attachment II: Explanatory Notes to Standard Classification of Activities – SCA 2008:
    • 55.100 – Hotels and other similar accommodation
    • 55.201 – Holiday homes and resorts
    • 55.202 – Tourist farms with rooms
    • 55.203 – Renting private rooms to guests
    • 55.204 – Mountain lodges and youth hostels
    • 55.209 – Other short-term accommodation
    • 55.300 – Camping grounds, recreational vehicle parks and trailer parks

 

The tourism service provider must cumulatively meet all three conditions stated above to be eligible to accept tourism vouchers.
