Upravičenci do sprejema turističnih bonov
The sixth paragraph of Article 35 of the Act Determining the Intervention Measures to Mitigate and Remedy the Consequences of the COVID-19 Epidemic (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 80/20; hereinafter: ZIUOOPE) lays down the conditions for tourism providers that are entitled to accept tourism vouchers. A voucher may be accepted by a tourism service provider that is an economic operator that is as of 13 March 2020:
- entered in the Business Register of Slovenia and
- entered in the Register of accommodation facilities kept by the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services (hereinafter: AJPES) as a provider of accommodation facility and
- performs activities according to the Decree on the Standard Classification of Activities (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 69/07 and 17/08) under Attachment I: Standard Classification of Activities – SCA 2008 and Attachment II: Explanatory Notes to Standard Classification of Activities – SCA 2008:
- 55.100 – Hotels and other similar accommodation
- 55.201 – Holiday homes and resorts
- 55.202 – Tourist farms with rooms
- 55.203 – Renting private rooms to guests
- 55.204 – Mountain lodges and youth hostels
- 55.209 – Other short-term accommodation
- 55.300 – Camping grounds, recreational vehicle parks and trailer parks
The tourism service provider must cumulatively meet all three conditions stated above to be eligible to accept tourism vouchers.
